You should see my medicine bag. I arrived here with Immodium and Tylenol. Now, it's loaded with all kinds of drugs. Did you know that you can just walk into a pharmacy and get whatever you want in any quantity? Fabulous concept. It saves a trip to the local "doctor" who will probably just tell me to go home and drink coconut juice (their panacea for everything).
