Cleaning Tips for the Sophisticated Lady

When in Cambodia, follow these simple steps to do laundry.

1.  Fill a large bowl with laundry detergent and water in your shower.
2.  Add clothes and scrub a bit.
3.  Rinse clothes in the kitchen sink with the faucet.
4.  Hang clothes on metal rack outside.
5.  When it starting pouring rain, move the rack inside.
6.  Leave rack outside for at least three days during the monsoon season.

1.  Ignore the disgusting mop in the kitchen that has been used for at least five years.
2.  Fill a bowl with soap and water.
3.  Dampen a rag, put it under one foot and drag it around the floor.
4.  Keep repeating steps 2 & 3.
5.  Get a larger dry towel and drag that around with your feet. 
6.  Pretend it's clean and congratulate yourself.
